Every project below was built by H·S Studio. Each entry shows the client's business name and the exact plan they chose — full transparency on what we deliver.
H·S Studio provides digital services including website development, AI agent integration, and brand identity design. All services are delivered remotely. The scope of work is defined at the time of order and confirmed via email.
A payment link is sent within 5 business days of order confirmation. Work begins upon receipt of payment. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly maintenance fees are billed per calendar month.
Revision rounds are as specified per plan. "Unlimited revisions" applies exclusively during the active design phase before the project goes live. Post-launch changes are covered by an active maintenance subscription.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the delivered design assets and website. H·S Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless the client opts out during checkout.
H·S Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Technical warranty add-ons (Code Protection, AI Optimization) cover the specific service purchased and run for the duration selected at checkout. Warranties are non-transferable and begin on the project go-live date.
Monthly maintenance subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable. Cancellation does not affect ownership of already-delivered work.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
