Every project below was built by Alhaitham. Each entry shows the client's business name and the exact plan they chose — full transparency on what we deliver.
Alhaitham provides digital services including website development, AI agent integration, and brand identity design. All services are delivered remotely. The scope of work is defined at the time of order and confirmed via email. Any request to expand, alter, or add to the original agreed scope constitutes a separate service and may incur additional fees.
A payment link is sent within 5 business days of order confirmation. Work begins upon receipt of payment. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. AI agent subscription fees represent mandatory ongoing service access and are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Should a client initiate a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank or card provider without first contacting Alhaitham, we reserve the right to immediately suspend all active services and seek recovery of any chargeback fees imposed by our payment processor. Alhaitham reserves the right to adjust subscription and maintenance pricing with 30 days' written notice by email; price changes never apply retroactively to a client's current billing cycle.
Revision rounds are as specified per plan. "Unlimited revisions" applies exclusively during the active design phase before the project goes live. Once the client provides written approval that the project is ready to launch, this constitutes a formal sign-off releasing Alhaitham from liability for any design elements the client later deems unsatisfactory. Post-launch changes are covered only by an active maintenance subscription.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the delivered design assets and website. Alhaitham retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless the client opts out during checkout. The client warrants that all content, images, text, and materials supplied to Alhaitham are fully owned by the client or properly licensed for commercial use. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Alhaitham harmless from any third-party intellectual property claims arising from client-supplied materials.
Alhaitham operates a strict Zero-Knowledge security protocol. Payment processing utilises Stripe Restricted API Keys with write-only permissions limited strictly to creating charges. Upon project completion, full database ownership is transferred to the client via Supabase Project Transfer. From the moment of handover, the client assumes 100% legal ownership, management responsibility, and liability for all data security, login credentials, and user data compliance. Alhaitham is entirely exempt from liability for third-party platform downtimes, future API changes, or security breaches originating on Stripe, Supabase, or any other third-party platform.
Where Alhaitham processes customer refunds within the Stripe dashboard, this is performed solely as an administrative service under the client's explicit written instruction. Alhaitham bears no liability for financial discrepancies, disputed transactions, or chargebacks arising from such administrative actions. Alhaitham is not liable for any damage, data loss, or disruption caused by the client's own actions on delivered systems post-handover, including deletion of records, modification of API credentials, or changes to hosting configuration.
Technical warranty add-ons (Website Maintenance Plan, AI Optimization) cover the specific service purchased for the duration selected at checkout. Warranties are non-transferable and begin on the project go-live date. Coverage entitles the client to code bug repairs, with Alhaitham using reasonable efforts to respond within 48 hours of a verified bug report. This is a best-effort target, not a guaranteed service-level commitment, and no fixed support hours are promised — response times may vary. A "bug" is defined strictly as the unintended malfunction of existing, agreed functionality. Warranty coverage does not entitle the client to new features, design changes, or any refund of the original project setup fee under any circumstances. Alhaitham determines at its sole discretion whether a reported issue constitutes a covered bug or a new feature request.
AI agent subscriptions are mandatory for the agent to remain operational and may be cancelled in writing at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Website Maintenance Plans may be cancelled as follows: cancellations within the first three (3) weeks of a monthly billing cycle will receive a full refund of that month's fee as a courtesy; cancellations during the final week of the month are non-refundable and service concludes at the end of that cycle. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days from payment. Setup fees are non-refundable under all circumstances once work has commenced. Cancellation does not affect ownership of already-delivered work.
AI agents delivered by Alhaitham are automated tools trained on client-supplied data. Alhaitham makes no warranty that AI agent responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for any specific purpose. The client is responsible for reviewing AI-generated responses before they are relied upon and for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws in the client's jurisdiction and industry. The client assumes full responsibility for monitoring AI outputs and for any decisions made by end users based on AI-generated information. Alhaitham is entirely exempt from liability for any claim, loss, or damage arising from AI agent responses provided to the client's customers or end users, including but not limited to incorrect advice, missed bookings, or communication errors.
Alhaitham complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable under Dutch law. During the development phase, Alhaitham may process personal data on the client's behalf in its capacity as a Data Processor. Upon project handover and Supabase Project Transfer, the client becomes the sole Data Controller and bears full legal responsibility for all personal data collected, stored, and processed through the delivered website or AI service. Alhaitham's role as Data Processor terminates at the point of handover. The client is solely responsible for maintaining a valid, GDPR-compliant privacy policy on their website from that point forward. This website itself uses no advertising or tracking cookies; it relies only on essential functional storage (for cart/checkout state) and the third-party services Stripe (payments) and Supabase (secure data storage), both of which are GDPR-compliant processors.
Project timelines are contingent on the client providing required content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. If the client fails to respond or supply required materials for more than 14 calendar days, the project timeline pauses and resumes only upon receipt of the outstanding materials. Alhaitham is not liable for delivery delays caused by client inactivity. Projects inactive for more than 60 days due to client non-response may be archived; reactivation may incur an additional fee.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information exchanged during the engagement, including but not limited to source code, design systems, pricing structures, and business methods. The client agrees not to disclose, resell, copy, or repurpose Alhaitham's proprietary code, templates, or business practices to any third party without prior written consent.
Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or power outages, government action, war, or pandemic.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
